Thanks for answering! Rosa Belle Cosner was born 6/19/1880, the daughter of Will (?)and Rebecca Keith Cosner. They were from Jacksonville in Lewis County, W.Virgina (?).
She married George Washington Parks on July 28,1914 in Jefferson County, Ohio. She had a half sister named Hettie who also married a Parks by the name of Charles and they ended up in Michigan. Thats all we know, hope you can help.
