I'm sure your line and mine must be connected at some point. My Cosners are also of Hardy and Grant County, VA/WV.
My line is through JOHN COSNER and EVE HANLIN. I do not have confirmation of facts, but was given info on a PHILIP COSNER 1732 and CATHERAINA KLEIN, could these be the parents of your Philip? I have more info on other COSNERs, but is yet unconfirmed.
