Here is the information in have on Philip Peter Cosner being the father of Philip Conser.
In the will probated May 11, 1819, Philip left his property to the children and wife listed as follows:
Wife: Catherine
children: Christian, Adam, John, Philip, Jacob, to his daughter Elizabeth, now her sir name MAAK, It does not state Philip's middle name, so I do not know if he is the same as Philip Henry. The will stated specifically that he had six children.
