Nancy,

Did your Stephen Corwin move to Michigan in the 1830-1840's? I might have some information. There were several Corwin's in the Canton Twp., Wayne County, Michigan area in the 1830's and 1840's. Israel was an original land owner. He sold some land to Jesse Corwin (my ancestor). Also, there was Samuel, Stephen, Isaac, and Nathan. I suspect they are related, somehow, but have not been able to get a link yet. contact me at Ccorwin@aol.com.
