Corvin grandchild named John R. Richardson
Posted by: Jennifer Lyon Date: October 08, 2001 at 08:31:24

In the 1880 census (Wythe County) Stephen Corvin and wife Celia are enumerated with a grandson named John R. Richardson, age 10.

In the 1870 Wythe County census, there is a John R. CORVIN age 1 enumerated with Stephen Corvin and wife Celia.

Does anyone recognize John R. Richardson? Is he the same person as the 1-year old John R. Corvin enumerated with Stephen and Celia in 1870?

Who were his parents? My records show Stephen and Celia had daughters Ellen (born 1837, no further info), Elizabeth (born 1841, married Elisha Edley Wynn); Alcester Corvin (born 1847, married James C. Harden); Missouri J. Corvin (born abt 1852, no further info); Mary Corvin (born abt 1855, no further info); and Alice V., (born abt Dec 1859).

Thanks in advance.
