I am one of the Corsbie's from Colbert County. My grandfather was Oscar Corsbie. I know we had relatives in Franklin, Lauderdale and Winston county. I too know that some of them changed the spelling of their name to Crosby, Cosby and Corsby.

I am very interested in the history of the Corsbie family as it seems to be a relatively rare name.
