Mollie, your Corsbie and my Corsbie are probably related. My grandfather and K.C. Corsbie were cousins. They all returned to Lawrence County, Alabama in 1910. Lawrence and Colbert counties are joined. I do not know K.C.'s father's name. His mother was Sarah. At one point, they went to Paris, Texas and then came to Indian Territory (Oklahoma). I am related to Sarah. I believe she was a Thompson. It sounds like K.C. could have been cousins to your Corsbies. K.C. was born in 1887. Several Corsbies moved to the Paris, Texas area from Alabama.
