I am looking for information on William Correll born 2/23/1790. His place of birth is uncertain, some say VA, but I have seen no proof of this. One of his children recalled him speaking with a "brogue", and there is belief he came from Scotland or Ireland. By 1811 he was in Tazewell, VA, where he married Rebecca Oney. Although other Corrells are "seen" in Tazewell at this time, I have not come across anything that connects William.
