This message is for Linda D. Correia. Linda you might be interested to know that I have a daughter Linda. It's a correia tradition I guess.
Anyway, do you have any info on the origin of the name correia ?
My fanily came from Faga de Cima to Boston,MA in 1920.
My grandfather in the Azores I think may have owned a pineapple plantation and I think his name may have been John, he had 7 sons and one daughter.
Any clues ?
Also any info on a coat of arms or family crest for Correia.
Again, Thanks for responding.
Jim
