I am trying to locate Correia family members that are related to FELLS. My greatgrandfather Emanual Fells ran away from home when his mother remarried Possibly about 1870's after his father died, and the family moved to Brazil and lived on a coconut plantation. All I know is he was born in Portugal.Possible name spellings are Fells, Fehls, Feliz, Felis. This Correia family lived in Fall River, Massachusetts and were cousins to Emanual Fells. They had told him that his mother hired Pinkerton detectives to find him and had searched for him until she died. Her name is unknown. Emanual Fells daughter, Victoria Fells whom married Edward Ozio remained in touch with this Correia linage. She exchanged Christmas cards. She was born in Arkansas in 1889 and died in Texas in 1967. Other children of Emanuel Fells are:William, Grover, James, and Joseph. If you are of this family and have any information on the parents names etc of this family linage.
