My great great grandfather Francis Brenton (maybe spelled Brinton or something similar) was born in Cornwall (Padstow?) circa 1823 and emmigrated to Ontario Canada where he Married Ann Driver and had two daughters that I know of; Mary Alice (my great grandmother) and Jane E. He died in 1810 and the records state his fatherīs name was also Francis Brenton of Cornwall, England. Does anyone know anything about this family - who the mother of my Francis Brenton may be, siblings, etc. My daughter is planning a trip to Cornwall in the hope of not only seeing the lovely place itself but possibly being able to visit grave sites or any places that may be associated with her ancestry. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
