Yes, I know of William Samuel Cornell. He is my gggrandfather. My ggrandmother is Texana Cornell Guest and my grandmother is Madge Lena Guest tucker. My mother is a Tucker. Back to William. About all i know is that after Mary Elizabeth died, 1874/1875, he apparently left that part of Texas (Red River County). I had found a man in Dallas who was a lodger and a mechanic. I think it might have been William, but no proof other than the census. His date of death is 1890, January. And according to records in Ancestry.com, he died in Illinois. His parents lived in Ohio and Illinois and his father Joseph died in Illinois also. So, I am guessing that he went back to where his family came from and died there also. Contact me at: altoreedblaze@cox.net and we can compare some information.

For some reason I feel as if I have talked to you before. If I have, either contact me or ignore this message.

Thanks, Donna Johnson
