Can anyone help me in the search for Sam/Samuel G. Cornell who was born in 1842 Chelsea, London, England. He married Emily Ellen Lucy who was born in Hanley Castle,
Worcestershire, England. They had 1 daughter and 4 sons, one died before he was 10 years old. According to the 1911 census she had 6 children, but I don't know the sex of the 6th child.
I have found Sam/Samuel and Emily in the 1881 census living in London. In the 1891 census the only family member I can find is their 22 year old daughter, Isabel B.E. Cornell. I have found no family members in the 1901 census. BUT in the 1911 census Emily Ellen Cornell appears again living with her sister Frances Louisa Lucy living at 27 Boscombe Rd, Shepherds Bush, London. Emily is the head of the house 66 years old, a widow living on private means.
Does anyone know when Sam/Samuel died and where Emily Ellen Cornell nee Lucy was in the census years of 1891 and 1901? Thank you, Jill.
