I am in the process of proving the following line. I have everthing EXCEPT for the one connnection between Aaron and Mahala Cornelius. I see LOTS on Willaim's and Aaron's other children, but not much on the one I need.
Here is the lineage I am working on :
William Cornelius (Sr) married Lettice (Cargill)
1754-1842................................1756-1825
they had
Aaron(Amos) Cornelius married Ellinder (Fortner)
1786-?.......................................1791-?
they had
Mahala(y) Cornelius married Daniel Bynum
1812-? .............................1813/14-1869?
they had
Stephen Augustus Bynum married Mary Jane Shoemaker
1847-1932....................................1847-1923
they had
Amanda Pauline Bynum married Jobie Josiah Duncan
1870-1937.................................1860-1934
they had
Eli Augusta Duncan married Mary Lou Martin
1889-1979....................................1896-1974
Does anyone know where I can find a will or other document that proves Mahala(y) is the daughter of Aaron Cornelius?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
