Matthew and Molly Corn were of German and Irish descent. They came with their children Jesse, George, and Samuel came to this country early in 1700. They imigrated to virginia when it was a colony. Their children: George(b.1740-1833) + Dolly ?
Samuel-went to Tenn. after the Revolultion Nancy Malinda Corn Bailey(b. abt. 1762-1772
John Peter Corn(b.3-15-1752;d.l0-14-1843))
Jesse Corn(b.10-13-1753;d.3-5-1809) + Nancy Hancock(b.2-21-1780)

"My family lived in virginia in the forks of the James River, Flluvanna Co. There were four brothers of us, James John, Joseph and myself by the name of William, and there were four brothers of the your mother's family-George, john Peter, Jesse and Samuel Corn. Your mother was a widow if my memory served me and was called Molly Corn.
