Mike,
I have seen a Fleming Corns in the records somewhere but I can't remember ever having seen one from the county who served in the CSA.
More than likely, he would have been with Col. Corns in the Border Rangers or the 8th VA.
I will continue trying to locate any thing that I have on him for you.
