The only info I have on My Corns is Elizabeth was born to George and Salli (or Sarah) Mossis. George and Salli (or Sarah)are bur: at Columbus Cem near Old Patty, Polk Co TN. Elizabeth was born Oct 12, 1821,she died 4 Mar,1917 at Benton, Polk Co., TN.Bur:at 4mi Cem. She was married to Lewis "Rev.Luke" Shamblin ca1841. Their children were..
Sara Jane b:1842(could be named after her granmother)
John Shamblin b:1845
Pryor Bradford b:1847 (my Grt Granfather)
George Washington b:1849 (Could be named after granfather)
Susan Margaret b:1852
Ailcey Elizabeth b:1854
You have your George born in VA, mine supposedly born in NC. This could be the same family. Anymore clues?
