Gary, I have been catching up on some of the George Corn info. This entry had a lot of good ifo. Regarding George and Dollie's whereabouts, the following is in the Hardesty & Lake Atlas of Lawrence Co (1882), which I have, under a biograthy of James Corn: "... In 1812 he moved with his parents to Bunkum county, North Carolina, and in 1814 they came to Jackson county, Ohio. George Corn, the father of James, was a farmer; he spent the last of his days in Jackson county, in December, 1829. His wife, Dollie Literal (sic), came to Lawrence county after her husband's death, and she died in 1814. ..."
