Could someone please verify for me that Richard Corn, son of Samuel, Sr, m. Nancy Jane Hightower on 18 Oct 1827 in Patrick, VA? Also, that they had two sons - John William Corn b. 12/21/1835 and Samuel Thomas Corn b. 4/25/1839. Could you share your sources?

Have just received info from the Hightower side, and their records show it was a Elizabeth/Ruth Hightower who married a John Corn. This John Corn was supposedly born in KS and died in 1907.

Am totally confused, and this info doesn't agree with anything of mine! Can someone on the Corn side make sense of this?
