CORN, COHORN, CHORON in Guilford, Rowan NC 1700s

I am seeking info on a married woman named Sarah Choron or Corn (maybe Cohorn) who is named in a 1793 Will of a Thomas Stewart; she is co-administrator with George Stewart.

Was she the wife or widow of John Corn of Rowan and Guilford Counties, NC? He appears in land records there in Orange County in December 1778 as John COHORN.

Later I find record of many CORN families in Georgia, and one reference in the Geographic Reference Library to "Cohorn Branch Waterway," Murray Co., GA, variant names: Cocharn, Cochran Branch.

Any help is appreciated.
