Bonnita, I have a Willliam Corn born 1821, died after 1880, married to Mary Kuykendall born 1824 NC daughter of Jesse and Elizabeth (???) Kuykendall. Wiliam is son of Peter D. and Mary Ann (Jones) Corn.
I have their daughter Hannah Josephine born 31 July 1863 Henderson Co. NC, died 19 June 1938 in Knoxville, Knox Co. TN. She has two children George WAshington Corn and Flora B. Corn. She married ca 1896 to Thomas H. Brewer by whom she had two more children: Nellie A. and Daisy Brewer.
On the 1900 census, as wife of Thomas H. Brewer, she is listed as having 4 children living. The two Corn chldren are listed as well as her two Brewer children are listed in the 1900 Knoxville, Knox Co. TN census in the household of Thomas H. Brewer and wife Hannah J.
You can get a copy of Josephine's death certificate in Knoxville to confirm her parents.
