Information on Jan Corn 1657

In the Dutch Records in the City Clerks Office in New York, it is stated under the date May 11, 1657 , that"Claes Carstensen of Norway, fifty years old, and two others gave testimony relative to the children of a certain Jan Corn of Rotterdam.
Nicholus Corn also came from Rotterdam to Philidelphia.
I would say that it is a safe bet that the this is where our ancestors originated.
