Cornes Family History Society

Hello to everyone who is researching the
CORN surname. I am the founding member of
a very new society called the CORNES Family
History Society. We are a One Name Study
group which are committed to gathering all
information on the surnames CORN, CORNS,
CORNE, CORNES, and CORNESS. Since we are
very new and small group, we have started
our research in the country of our origin,
which is England. All of the above surnames
are related to each other and do appear in
my personal family tree. I would very much
like to hear from any of you who would know
of the countries of origin of your
particular lines. I have a theory about the
CORN line and would like to see where the
American branches came from and in what
time period. I am in the process of
developing a web site and I am having
trouble deciding on an appropriate format.
Please keep in mind that I am new to this
internet stuff. If any of you have any
comments on what you would think would be
appropriate for this web site, please send
your thoughts as they would be very
appreciated.
