Gary, I have all info on Samuel Corn in Mo. You're correct on birthdate and spouse being Mary Slaughter but Jesse's son Samuel was born 10 April 1792 and resided in Franklin Co. TN. His wife was Permelia Burnett and she died in Franklin Co TN 1850 of inflammation of bowels. Keeping all these Samuels straight is a real headach. I have information from a pioneer interview of Samuel and Mary's daughter in MO that her grandfather was Samuel Corn/ So I am now seeking info on Jesswe, and John Peters brother, Samuel There's not as much info on him but he stayed in Patrick Co and apparently died 1831 and wife was Elizabeth.
