(continued) NorthWest to a Pine, thence new lines South West crossing LITTLE BREMER to a Pine , SouthEast crossing both forks of BREMER's to a Pine sapling. North West to pointers in WOODSONs line, thence on the same South West to the first station. To have & to hold the said Tract of land & premises unto WILLIAM WILLIAMS his heirs & assigns. This Indenture Memorandum of Livery of Seisen & Reciept theron endorsed were acknowledged by JOHN ADAM CORN one of the parties thereto & ordered to be recorded. MARY the Wife of JOHN ADAM CORN personally appeared in Cour being first privately examined as the Law directs voluntarily relinquished her right of Dower to the Estate conveied by said Indenture
