One thousand seven hundred & fifty Between JOHN ADAM CORN of Albemarle County of one part & WILLIAM WILLIAMS of GOOCHLAND COUNTY of other part Witnesseth that JOHN ADAM CORN for sum of Thirty pounds good and lawful money of Virginia to him paid hath sold unto WM. WILLIAMS his heirs one certain parcel of land containing Four hundred acres and being in Albemarle Co. on both sides LITTLE BREMER CREEK and boundeed beginning at BENJA. WOODSON's Corner Pine running thence on his line
