Nathan Corley, Edgefield SC area, late 1700's early 1800's

I am working on tracking my Carson line, and in the process turned up a deed for the sale of land (dated 1804) which referred to the land having originally been granted to "Jane Kerson wife of Nathan Corley", and part of it granted to Hugh Carson at Charleston in 1768.

Hugh Carson and family immigrated from Belfast on the Chichester in 1767/68, and Hugh, his wife, and each of their children of age were granted land. This Jane Kerson listed would actually be Jane Carson, oldest listed daughter of Hugh and Margaret.

Another deed in the same book lists Nathan's wife as Patience, so apparently Jane died prior to this 1808 transaction.

Does anyone here know anything of this Nathan Corsey and wife Jane Carson?
