Hi,
I have tried the 1841 and 1851 Morning Lane and Cold Bath Lane, with no luck.I did find a Sarah Jackson age 40 and son? James age 12 in 1841 Morning Lane and rather oddly in 1851 there is a Jacksons Buildings in Morning Lane.I also tried the 1851 London census index but no luck, but not yet complete and I don't think they have done this area.
Again oddly, the Elizabeth Sanckson has mother Susannah living with them on the 1861 census on the marriage her father is John Sanckson. It is a John and Susannah Jackson that I am after and the age exactly fits Susannah in 1861 census.
What a tangled webb this appears.
Henry and Elizabeths daughter Mary Ann married Alfred Fenn in 1866, again another oddity - there is a child born 4Q/1870 called Florence Fenn Jackson.
All this started when looking for John and Susannah Jackson (I know that Susannah was a widow before 1840)I need to give my brain a rest.
Janet
