I was given a list of names for marriages and deaths published in New Brunswick newspapers between 1842-1888. Only one ended up being family. Posting the info for others. The wood boat "Telegraph" owned by john Makin and John Edgar of Washademoak Lake Queens Co, was run into in the narrows, a short distance above Indiantown on Monday afternoon by stem tug "Hiram Perry" with a schooner in tow and John Edgar was knocked overboard and drowned. The boat was loaded with cordwood at the time and running pretty fast with a tail wind. She was brought up by her uncle and aunt, Mr and Mrs James Fowler. She left a husband, 1 child a little boy of 2 yrs, a mother and relatives. Emma A, m at residence of bride's father, by Rev EC Corey, Elias A Clark/Emma A Corey, sister of officiating clergyman, both of Canaan (queens Co) 1881-1882 Wilford L, m Havelock (Kings Co) 19th inst, by Rev WT Corey, Wilford L Corey/Miss Kate E Keith, all of Havelock.
