Alton Wilcox Corey was born in Owosso, Shiawassee County, Michigan in 1896 the son of Spencer J. and Mable J. (Wilcox) Corey. He was the "country doctor" in our small town of New Troy, Berrien County, Michigan for 40 years. He retired and moved to St. Petersburg, Flordia where he died in 1977. He, His wife Verneita and his mother have grave markers in the New Troy Cemetery. I am not sure if they were buried there or if he and his wife were buried in Florida? I am attempting to do a paper about him and am looking for any information.
