My Great Grandfather's name was Will (or Wilber) Corey. He was born in Ohio before 1900 and relocated to Hammond, Louisiana where he married Martha Vining. He had a sawmill there which was destroyed by a tornado. Soon after, the story goes that he "went out for cigarettes and never returned". This would have been around 1925?? Probably went back to Ohio or surrounding states?? Had a son while in Louisiana by the name of Harvey (born 03.27.1900). I would appreciate any information anyone could give me. Thank You.
