William Franklin Cordray's family bible doesn't tell the whole truth he acknowledged his children but somehow his marriage to Lucy Dale (?) was blotted out.
What I do know is the William age 21 and Lucy were married in 7 Dec 1880 Columbus OH and her daughter Lucy Matilda Cordray was born 1 Sep 1881. Her son William Franklin Cordray was born 1 Jun 1883.
Lillian Pfeifer wrote her marriage date as 1880 in the bible. William and Lillian 3 children were also born in OH.
Bertha May Cordray, b 21 Jul 1885 Dayton, OH; Florence; and Arthur.
I am the granddaughter of William Franklin Cordray's 3rd marriage to Leona Gary Mason 1918 ish WA
