I had Cordrey ancestors who lived in Tuscarawas County. The first there was Thomas who died ca 1832. My line is Thomas/ Nathan/ Moses Ayres/ Francis/ Catharine Minerva (my great-grandmother). Francis left many things including his Civil War diaries, a handwritten (unpublished) history of the Cordrey family, and school attendance records (Tuscarawas and Hardin counties). Almost all my information prior to Thomas is undocumented. I am interested in anything concerning the Cordrey family and am always happy to share.
