Don't know if you got any bites -- Phil Cordes (posting here) did some extensive research in the 60's. In his book, "The History and Family Tree of Henry and Wilhelmina Cordes," Henry's kids came over from Hanover, Germany in the 1840's. But not with these names. My branch settled in Cincinnati (Grandfather still there), so there has to be a connection? Got any more info? Keep in touch.
