There was an auction sale on September 22, 1996 at 9:00 a.m. at 2600 West 40 Hwy, Blue Springs, Missouri. It was an estate sale for Charles G. Martin. Unfortunately he didn't know the connection to the family, and it went on the estate auction sale.
This is my family line. If anyone has any leads to this family bible, it is very important that I find it. Somehow Charles G. Martin had it in his possession, and shouln't have. He wasn't even a CORDER descendant. He was a brother-in-law to a step-daughter of Henry Morgan Corder.
I fear the worst, and the bible is lost forever, since it was sold on an estate auction sale, and someone most likely tossed it as it looked like junk to them.
It is a very old and very large family bible that belongs to my family line. I will give a reward to any party that leads me to it.
