YAY! You have no idea how delighted I am to get this info. I was born in 1955, my sister was born in 1952. I'm fairly new to this but have been searching for information on my mother's side of the family for years. She died when I was 9. I'm going to your website now. Family stories indicate that "Pop" Corder raised prize-winning (state fair) mules and took great care in plaiting their manes. I'm named after him and my Uncle "Buddy" (Roy Ray) - - Nicki Rae. I believe my grandmother's name was Beulah Mae Owens - - somehow was connected to the Canterbury's. I remember as a child visiting an "Aunt Gertie" Canterbury who was married to a "Joe" I think?
