The Cheney Free Press, Cheney, Washington, ZJuly 8, 1904

Michael Corcoran has sold his 240 acre hay ranch to David Van Patten for a consideration of $8,500. The ranch is located two and one-half miles from Cheney and contains some of the finest meadow land found anywhere. Mr. Corcoran is an old pioneer of this locality, having lived here for twenty-three years. He is now contemplating a trip to the old county, in order to see his old friends and relatives.

I'm not related to this person.
