The best place I know of in Wayne Copunty, WV is in the town of Wayne. The court house, and The Wayne County Genealogical and Historical Society. "I don't have a Street address", PO Box 787 25570-0787. They have beeen a great help to me. I only have one Penelope, and that is the one that married Anthony. James Copley
