Copeland/Gilmore Connection, South Carolina, Jane Copeland?

Please contact me if you have any connection to Gilmores in South Carolina. In particular, I am looking for connections with a Charles Gilmore who came to the US in the lat 1700's from Belfast. He was initially from Copeland's Island, Ireland.

He was married to Jane________. Since I know that Charles was the executor of a William Copeland in York County, SC, I am wondering if this might have been Jane's father.. Any leads? Thanks.
