I am searching for more information on Hallie Copenhaver who married a Jennings and adopted a son they named James William Jennings. After her husband died, Hallie remarried a man named Willis. She lived in Southwest Virginia. Her son James was born in 1923 and died in 1941. Anyone having information which might match up with this, please contact me. It is difficult following up on this with the adoption involved in that era.
