Thanks for the reply. The information I have on the Copenhaver family is from the book "The Stevenson Story" by Eliza B. Woodall. It states that John was born in Pennsylvania and was married on 4 May 1800 in Pulaski Co Ky to Hanna Barrier. They were in Jackson Co AL by 1830. They had 9 children who lived to adulthood: Sarah, Catherine, Abraham, Elizabeth, Mariah, Thomas M., Jophn Milton, Nancy, & Mary. Some of the children moved to St Clair County Missouri.
