Check the 1880 census records for the parents you think Rachel should have...Also look for the parents given on the death cert. Based on the age of the oldest child in the census, see if you can find the marriage license for the parents 1 to 2 years prior to the birth of the oldest child. Rachel's place of birth as listed on the death cert
should be a good place to start..
