You list a lot of names but no real dates-
Even rough guesstimates help track people

The Garrett's were easy since they are rare names-

Both are buried in Orlean Cemetery, Orlean, Fauquier Co

Could not locare the marriage for Ashton and Mary E -
Also could not locate her death so could not find out her maiden name

My suggestion would be to either ask William (you said over 90) so am assuming still alive
Go to the courthouse in Tampa and look for marriages -(ours are alphabetized) not sure about FLorida (they tend to be backward a little (my husband is from Pinnellas Co)
Send for Social Security Applications
Get obits after locating death dates
