I am from the Copeland/Little line.I have a picture of "Brother Pink", taken with "Papa" and "Sister Mary".
I also have a letter written 6/1887 by a J.N. Little (James Newton). The letter was written on paper with the heading "J.N. Little General Store" in Broomtown, Ala. (Cherokee County). The letter is addressed to "Emma and husband" - "sister and bro" announcing that "Mollie" died shortly after giving birth to baby "Jim Bird".The infant didn't survive.
James Little refers to his "Aunt Mary", who lives with him.Aunt Mary takes care of "June" and "Bro Will".June is a child and James asks if Emma will raise her.
Do you know anything about Frances Copeland Little?I think she married a James Newton Little and lived in GA.They had six children:Bright, Ruth Lee, Charles Copeland, Barney, Albert, and James.
