Oops, sorry I was looking at the wrong Samuel. I think it is more likely that Samuel is the one born about 1838 who went to Decatur County, Iowa, and died there in the 1870's (I think) leaving Rebecca and the children. I lost Rebecca after that. Did she remarry? The nearest I can figure Samuel might have been the son of Cyrus Coover and his wife Margaret. I haven't figured out who Cyrus's parents were yet.
