Thank you so much for this posting, albeit that I have just now viewed it! I have been searching for this very information, re: Walter M. Coots, well known architect of the 1900s, as he is my maternal great grandfather. Since both of his children, Grace & Frederick, were eventually orphaned at a very early age, it has been very hard to find the family information regarding the Coots family as both siblings were sent to live with different families, one to a grand aunt and the other to an adoptor, they therefore, did not have the usual knowledge or documented family histories to bring forth. KG
