Rhonda,
I too am a descendant of Peter Cooper and have read all the messages posted on this site about Coopers. You have some interesting info and would like to find out more. I have also tried to get into Mr. Yates web site but haven't had any luck. I have researched the Coopers quite a bit but have started coming to dead ends. My line is from Peter's youngest son Milton. I have wondered if we had Indian blood as in some of the documents that I have the men were described as darked skinned. Hope you can help me out.
