I'm looking for information on the family of Robert E. Cooper. He was born 1893 in Topeka Kansas. His father was Robert Anderson Cooper. Mother was Lydia Hampe Cooper
His wife was Henrietta Wright. Here's what I know about her:
She married Robert E. Cooper of Topeka, Kansas in 1920
Robert worked for the Santa Fe Railroad as a ticket agent
She gave birth to twins on June 16-16, 1921 and died 6 days later. The boys are reported to have been born in Oklahoma. I suspect that's where the hospital was. I can not find a death cert/obit for her or birth certs. for the boys.
They boys are named Robert A. Cooper and William Henry Cooper. William died at the age of 16 when he fell off of a truck. He was a junior at Paseo high school in Kansas City, MO at the time.
I found a Henrietta Wright in the 1920 Kansas census who was a stenographer for the Santa Fe railroad. Her age matches up to the info I have in the family bible. I SUSPECT that this is her. Tracing this family in the census shows that she and her 5 siblings were born in Kansas. Their father William H was born in Tennesee and their mother Mary was born in Pennsylvania. Besides the Santa Fe connection, the other reason that I suspect this to be my Henrietta Wright is that she had twin brothers (runs in the family).
I am looking for confirmation that I have found the correct Henrietta Wright and any other information. It is possible that her other son, Robert A (Possibly Anderson)Cooper is still living. After Henrietta died, btw, Robert remarried Emma Binion Seward who raised the boys as her own.
