Hello Rhonda,

I tried to e-mail you but it failed so I put it on here.

I was searching on Family Tree Maker and saw that you may have some interesting information n the Cooper Family. I have been working on Coopers a little here and there time permitting. I was recently contacted by Lynda Ward who is married to Jim Ward, his mother was a Cooper. She found me on the internet and had some more information for me on the Coopers. It is my understanding there is a Cherokee Indian back there someplace it could have been on the Howard side. My grandmother was Sarah Amanda Belle Cooper she was married to Arthur Timothy Hall. Sarah's parents were William A Cooper, Born 1853 in MO, and was married to Mary Howard, Born 1850 in MO. I heard maybe Mary Howards mother was full blood cherokee. I'm still working on this and have just made new contacts. Does any of this ring a bell or am I on the wrong track.

Thanks

Larry N Lake
