Take a look at Bosier and Dora COOPER in the 1930, 1920, and 1910 KY census and see if that is whom you are looking for.

Bosier is seen as Bosher in 1930 and Dora is seen sometimes as Dara in the census indexes.

You will have to look at the 1930 index for Floyd Co KY and you will note siblings and other kin listed.

Move back to the 1920 census in Floyd and then to 1910 in Pike Co KY.

Try to look at the 1900 soundex for KY and follow the family there and then look at the 1880 soundex and follow suit. It appears that Wilbur`s father was born in early 1880.
